We are executing very interesting production orders, where we are again utilizing a range of new technical solutions.
- A completely new solution for the cooling tunnel of the coating machine was already implemented in the first quarter.
- In the first half of this year, we delivered an automated line for pan bread and a high-performance line for oval bread to our significant Polish customer.
- Production in the Malting Division is also continuing very successfully. According to signed contracts, we delivered 2 Saladin box turners to a well-known Czech malting company in June.
- A demanding reconstruction of germination vessels is underway at the malt house of a Czech brewing group.
- We are continuing with the production of the next phase of the malt house reconstruction with a capacity of 100,000 tons per year for a manufacturing operation of a French customer in Kazakhstan. Specifically, this involves a Saladin box turner and emtier of our original Mopos concept.
- For a Slovak customer, we are manufacturing equipment for a circular kiln malt house, once again with a unique solution for integration into the existing structure.
- For the fourth quarter of this year, we are preparing the production of an automated line for oval bread contracted for a Polish customer.
- In the Malting Division, the production of a malt leveling device for the kiln of a significant European brewery is also contracted and being prepared.
- In the Weldments Division, the stable, long-term contracted production of machined weldments for the assembly of equipment in the energy industry continues.
Our year-round recurring stability in our production program is complemented by individual deliveries of our food processing machines, such as rounding and ejector machines for bread lines, loading devices, and bread loaf slicing machines for proofing rooms, as well as our long-term successful collaboration on the assembly deliveries of cremation furnaces for a prominent European manufacturer.
We are pleased to conclude that our work year 2024 once again appears to be stable and successful.
