Technical specification:
- The CHT600/8500 cooling tunnel is designed for cooling food products coated with chocolate or any yogurt coating.
- The frame and tables are made from steel profiles, and the covers are made from food-grade stainless steel to comply with all hygiene and safety standards.
- The conveyor belt is made from food-grade materials and features automatic pneumatic regulation.
- Cooling is ensured by evaporators with fans, connected to an external cooling unit and two cooling modules, which ensure a fast and consistent process, optimizing the temperature reduction for ideal texture and taste.
Airflow
- Direct cooling: Cold air flows directly over the products, absorbing their heat.
- Indirect cooling: Cold air is directed into the cooling channel, where it cools the products indirectly from above.
